A Certified personal trainer, Shannon also is certified in Mad Dogg and Real Ryder cycling, TRX Suspension and Rip Training, IndoRow, BootCamp Instruction, and kettle bell training. Shannon is known for being her clients' biggest cheerleader—but also pushing them to give 110 percent. She challenges them in new ways to ensure they meet their strength-building and weight loss goals. Prices per session, in 30 and 45-minute slots, vary depending on packages purchased.

Shannon trains her clients based on their goals. Training sessions include stadium drills, track sessions for speed and endurance, weight lifting, and stretching. She also provides counsel on healthy eating. Session prices range from $35 per half hour, up to $65 an hour for a single session.
