1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon paprika
Dash of splenda or brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and use to marinade chicken or pork. The moist yogurt is a great compliment to the flavor of the traditional Indian spices.
