1 cup chopped leftover turkey
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup gorgonzola crumbles
½ cup of craisins or raisins
1 apple, peeled and diced (or use a pearor both!)
½ cup mandarin oranges
1 cup toasted walnuts
